i've always felt it looked a little uncomfy, but still romantic at times too.
i can'd even ride a bicycle never mind sitting with someone :(
I used to take all my colony children for 'doubles rides'..One of the many reasons I was a popular 'didi'..
Didn't think it would have been that uncomfortable.
